finally i can sleep earlier now but, with a help of a common slipping pill'

yesterday i had nothing to do but to watch t.v and play movie, pirates of the carribean to be exact. its was personal favorite of mine.

...... .i hardly cant sleep at night.. i usually sleep about, 3 o'clock in the morning

should i consult a doctor?
